SCHOOL ASSEMBLIES FIRST & TEN: STEPS TO ACHIEVING A GOAL A fun, entertaining assembly program that enlightens students to the important life lessons they've already learned and not yet realized. The assembly prompts the students to apply those lessons to other parts of their lives Not only should you set a goal but you have TO MAKE THE STEPS HAPPEN to achieve the goal....THE Racoon Sports Staff teaches the skills to not only set but also accomplish a goal, then challenges your child to set a goal of completing a race, and gives them the tools to achieve the goal. Once the goal is achieved we offer the opportunity to set new goals....This June we're working in conjunction with the BHI's Father's Day 5K Run 4 Your Life, a prostate cancer awareness event. NO SMOKING Our approach is a bit different then the "Just Say No" approach. Racoon Sports lays out the scientific affect of smoking as well as other reasons to think twice about ever trying the nasty adictive habit TELEVISION SHOW We're working on getting THE Racoon Sports Show on the air this fall. Each episode we feature a different sport, and show you how to play, and give you tips. We'll give you one new workout to try. We'll also feature behind the scenes views on everything you always wondered about but never knew (everything from how the ice gets on the floor of the arena, to how a game photo goes from the field to getting printed in the newspaper.
